Right to withdraw
There is no right to withdraw in accordance with section 17 of The Danish Consumer Agreement Act, as it is matter of purchase/ordering of accommodation in a holiday home. However, you can always cancel under the terms described below.
Cancellation
If you cancel the tenancy more than 60 days before the beginning of the rental period, you have to pay 20 % of the gross rent, but at least DKK 500. In case of later cancellation, you have to pay the entire rental amount.
Changes
If you change the rental agreement more than 60 days before the beginning of the rental period, you will be charged a fee of DKK 250. After this, changes to the rental agreement is no longer possible.
Cancellation
In case of cancellation, any handling charge and insurance payment will not be returned.
Cancellation because of disease / Insurance
We recommend that you purchase a holiday home tenant insurance or at least a cancellation insurance without own risk. Feriepartner mediates sale of these insurances, which are taken out with:
