Møn is just the place if you want an active holiday. With its varied landscape the island is just perfect for cycling and walking tours. The sand beaches and the turquoise blue water are a wonderful Eldorado for bathing guests, surfers, and sail-sports enthusiasts, and anglers can enjoy kilometres of untouched shore. You can also find fossils in Møns Klint or collect flint nodules, amber, and eaglestones.
Cultural history in plenty
The romantic Liselund Castle Park is a true cultural pearl when you see the small thached summer castle standing there. The island also has a large number of monuments of antiquity - especially cairns and tumuli which are worth a visit. In the churches of Fanefjord, Elmelunde, and Keldby, you can see World-famous frescoes.
